Managing Your Space Settings

Please note only the owner of the Space can edit the Space settings. Please read this article about membership roles.

Even once a Space is set up, you can make edits to your Space settings. To edit your settings go to your Space name, Settings and Administration and Space Settings, then follow the steps below.

Here you can do the following to your Space:

• Add a logo.
• Add your Space name.
• Give your Space a color to make it easy to identify.
• Give your Space a purpose.
• Select the layout for your Space – Video, Discussion or Chat (you can also change this per Hub if you like).
• Decide if you’d like to create a Group or 1:1 Space.
• Toggle whether you’d like members to be able to invite others.
• Toggle whether you’d like to ask for your member’s consent to access their content. You can edit the consent text if you’d like to.

Navigation

You can toggle on or off whether you want to show the following:

• Course gallery – Allow members to enrol in your courses.
• Event calendar – Allow members to join your events.
• Upcoming events – Display all your scheduled events as a carousel.
• Member directory – Display all your members in a directory.
